Smallholder farmers produce the majority of the world’s food, but have the least information and leverage when it comes to selling their product. Loop, the only produce transport service that connects farmers to richer market opportunities while saving them time and money, aims to change that. Exploring insights focused on efficiency and brand recognition, our team formalized the startup by elevating its core value proposition, crafting a brand vision, and designing an operational strategy blueprint for both internal executors and external customers.
As the lead Systems Designer I mapped Loop’s organizational structures and services, identified growth opportunities, designed service interventions, and developed strategic rollout solutions.
